Under the ever-vigilant gaze of the Tube Collective’s Fezzed Founder, Niels Nielson, Mitch has avoided electrocution while maintaining a path to the freezer in the ever growing creative detritus of his garage. Originator of the amp building technique he calls “Clip-and-Play” Mitch continues turn out amps that snub the snobs. He describes himself as the “Quintessential Ordinary Guy”…Jack of all trades, Master of none…guitar player, builder, and repairer, artist, reluctant auto mechanic, enthusiastic motorcycle rider, formally trained as a dental technician, and pastor of a growing church in Lebanon, Mitch works in addiction recovery with a web-based 12-step program, and local groups. Married for more than twenty years with three daughters, Mitch enjoys the blessing of his family who all think his amps are totally awesome. Hey, what could be better than that? Mitch is not a member of the Didi Gospodinova Fan Club, which has subjected him to sabotage by other members of the Collective who occasionally leave the “Plastic Head of Didi” in his car or garage after a meeting, thereby guaranteeing his return to the next meeting to get rid of the thing. |
